1. Definition of Return on Capital

Return on capital (ROI) is calculated based on estimated net rental income and asset value appreciation, according to kutaproperty's internal methodology, adjusted for the specific risks of emerging regions.

2. Asset Valuation

Real estate asset valuation is performed through comparative market analysis (CMA) and the discounted cash flow (DCF) method, excluding assets with unresolved property disputes.

3. Investment Horizon

All economic reports and market positioning strategies are valid for a minimum horizon of 12 months from the date of issue, subject to major macroeconomic changes.

4. Administration Courses

The administration courses for fixed asset portfolios do not constitute individual financial advice and do not guarantee specific market results.
