kutaproperty provides capital yield analyses, real estate asset valuations in emerging regions, economic reports, property market positioning strategies, and fixed asset portfolio management courses. Services are provided exclusively for informational and educational purposes, without constituting personalized financial recommendations.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information for evaluations. kutaproperty undertakes to deliver reports and courses according to the agreed terms, with professional diligence. Any investment decision based on these services is the sole responsibility of the user.
kutaproperty is not liable for financial losses, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of reports, analyses, or courses. Information is based on data available at the time of preparation, but its accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid for the respective service.
Payments for services are made according to the issued invoice. Refunds are possible only in case of non-fulfillment of services according to the agreed terms, within 14 days of notification. No refunds are granted for courses already accessed or reports fully delivered.
kutaproperty reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of breach of terms, fraud, or abusive use. The user may request termination at any time, with written notice, subject to payment for services already rendered.
These conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes take effect, via email or on the website. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
